DaktaGOLD™ Cream contains ketoconazole, a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, and is indicated for topical application in the treatment of dermatophyte infections of the skin; tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea corporis (ringworm), tinea cruris (jock itch) and tinea manus, as well as cutaneous candidiasis and tinea (pityriasis) versicolor. DaktaGOLD Cream is also indicated for the treatment of seborrhoeic dermatitis, a skin condition associated with the presence of Pityrosporum ovale.
Dosage:
Cutaneous candidiasis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manus, tinea pedis and tinea (pityriasis) versicolor: apply once daily.
Seborrhoeic dermatitis: apply once or twice daily, depending on severity.
Continue treatment until a few days after disappearance of all symptoms.
Warning:
For External Use Only. DaktaGOLD is contraindicated in individuals who have shown hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
A few instances of irritation and burning sensation have been observed during treatment with DaktaGOLD Cream.
